Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting our website, booking an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to both website visitors and active clients of Chrome Aesthetics.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, online booking systems, client portal, and related services. They apply in addition to any signed consent forms, service agreements, or membership contracts you have entered into with us in person.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any of our services including booking an appointment, purchasing a product, enrolling in a membership, or submitting a contact form you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using our services on behalf of a minor or a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 25 for details.

No Provider-Patient Relationship
Browsing this website, submitting a contact form, or engaging with our content does not establish a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only when you have attended a formal consultation with one of our licensed providers and both parties have agreed to proceed with a treatment plan.
Individual Results Vary
All aesthetic and wellness treatments carry inherent risks and may produce different outcomes for different individuals. Before-and-after photos displayed on this website reflect the experiences of specific patients under specific conditions and are not a guarantee of results.
Your outcomes will depend on your individual anatomy, health history, skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Chrome Aesthetics makes no representation or warranty that any particular result will be achieved through our services.
Emergency Services

4. Treatment Services
Informed Consent
All treatments at Chrome Aesthetics require your informed consent prior to being performed. You will be asked to complete intake forms, review treatment risks and benefits, and sign consent documents before any service is rendered. Proceeding with a treatment after reviewing and signing consent forms constitutes your voluntary agreement to receive that treatment under the disclosed conditions.
Right to Refuse or Modify Treatment
Chrome Aesthetics reserves the right to decline, postpone, or modify any requested treatment at the professional discretion of our providers. This may occur when a treatment is deemed medically inappropriate, when required health information has not been disclosed, or when a provider determines that proceeding would not be in your best interest.
Contraindications and Health Disclosure
You are responsible for disclosing your complete and accurate medical history, current medications, known allergies, prior treatments, and any changes to your health status prior to each appointment. Chrome Aesthetics is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from information you failed to disclose.
Aftercare Compliance
Optimal results from aesthetic and wellness treatments depend on adherence to aftercare instructions provided by your provider. Chrome Aesthetics is not responsible for outcomes adversely affected by failure to follow post-treatment care guidelines.
Telehealth and Remote Consultations
Where we offer remote or virtual consultations (including for hormone therapy, wellness assessments, or pre-treatment screenings), such consultations are subject to applicable New Mexico telehealth regulations. Remote consultations do not substitute for in-person evaluation where clinically required, and no prescriptions or treatment plans will be issued solely on the basis of a remote interaction unless permitted by law and deemed appropriate by the treating provider.
5. Appointments and Booking
Booking Platform
Chrome Aesthetics uses Zenoti as our primary client management and appointment booking platform. By booking an appointment through Zenoti whether via our website, a link we provide, or directly through the Zenoti client portal you agree to Zenoti's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. Zenoti processes your booking details, appointment history, and client account information on our behalf.
Appointment Confirmation
An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (via email or SMS) from Chrome Aesthetics or our booking platform. Requests submitted through contact forms or social media do not constitute confirmed bookings.
Booking Deposits
A booking deposit or fee may be required at the time of scheduling for certain services. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your treatment at the time of your appointment. Deposit amounts and requirements will be disclosed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation see Section 6.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling at the provider's discretion, without a refund of any deposit paid. If you are running late, please call us at (505) 897-5065 as soon as possible.
Minor Clients
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent for any treatment. Some treatments are not available to minors regardless of consent. Age restrictions will be disclosed at the time of booking or consultation.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
The following policy applies to all appointments at Chrome Aesthetics. Full details are also available on our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy page.
Notice Requirement
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Notice must be provided by calling us at (505) 897-5065 or through your Zenoti client portal.
Late Cancellation
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $75 rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any booking deposit paid. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future services or termination of the client relationship at Chrome Aesthetics' discretion.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Chrome Aesthetics will exercise reasonable flexibility on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee waiver of fees in all circumstances.
Chrome Club Members
Chrome Club members are subject to both this cancellation policy and the membership-specific cancellation terms outlined in the Chrome Club Membership Agreement. Failure to cancel within the required notice window may result in forfeiture of the included service for that period
7. Payments and Financing
Payment Methods
Chrome Aesthetics accepts major credit and debit cards, cash, and payments processed through our approved platforms. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless a prior financing arrangement has been made.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Zenoti. These platforms store and process payment card information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Chrome Aesthetics does not store raw card numbers on our systems.
Financing Options
Chrome Aesthetics offers patient financing through Cherry and CareCredit. These are third-party financing programs governed by their own terms, conditions, interest rates, and repayment obligations. Chrome Aesthetics is not a lender and is not responsible for the terms of any financing agreement you enter into with Cherry or CareCredit. We encourage you to review their terms carefully before applying.
Pricing
Prices for services are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time your appointment is confirmed is the binding price. Package prices and promotional rates are valid only for the period specified.
Chargebacks and Disputed Charges
If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institution for a service you received, Chrome Aesthetics reserves the right to provide documentation to dispute the chargeback, including signed consent forms, service records, and payment receipts. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of your client relationship and referral to collections.
Refund Policy
All aesthetic and wellness services are non-refundable once performed. If you have a concern about your treatment outcome, please contact us directly so we can address it. Refunds for retail products may be offered on a case-by-case basis for unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of purchase, at Chrome Aesthetics' discretion.
8. Gift Cards
Chrome Aesthetics gift cards are available for purchase through our Zenoti gift card platform. The following terms apply:
Gift cards are redeemable for services and retail products at Chrome Aesthetics only
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
Gift cards cannot be transferred or resold for value
Chrome Aesthetics is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift card balances
Applicable New Mexico law governs any gift card expiration or dormancy fees; we will comply with all applicable consumer protection requirements
9. Retail Product Sales
In-Clinic Products
Chrome Aesthetics sells retail skincare and wellness products in-clinic, including products from SkinMedica, Alastin, and Colorescience. Product recommendations are made by our providers based on your individual skin type and treatment plan. Results from retail products are not guaranteed and vary by individual.
Third-Party Online Retailers
Our website contains links to authorized online retail portals for SkinMedica, Alastin, Colorescience, BioTE, and Nutrafol. When you purchase through these portals, you are transacting directly with those vendors and their terms of sale apply. Chrome Aesthetics earns a referral benefit from these partnerships, which does not affect the price you pay. We only recommend products we believe serve our patients' interests.
Product Returns
Retail products purchased in-clinic may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition, at Chrome Aesthetics' discretion. Opened or used products are not eligible for return except in the case of a product defect. Products purchased through third-party online portals are subject to that vendor's return policy.
10. Chrome Club Membership
Chrome Club is Chrome Aesthetics' monthly membership program offering discounted services, priority booking, and exclusive member benefits. Membership is governed by the full Chrome Club Membership Agreement, which you must review and accept at the time of enrollment. Key terms include:
A minimum 6-month commitment from enrollment date
Monthly payments are auto-charged to your payment method on file and are non-refundable
A one-time administrative enrollment fee applies
Chrome Cash (membership credits) can be applied to services and products only; cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used after membership ends
Chrome Cash expires 6 months after accrual if unused
Membership benefits do not roll over if unused in a given month
Chrome Aesthetics reserves the right to modify pricing and benefits with 30 days' written notice
Membership may be suspended for repeated cancellation policy violations
Client health information is maintained in Zenoti and handled per our Privacy Policy and HIPAA obligations
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Chrome Club Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement governs with respect to membership-specific matters.
11. Chrome Academy and Training Programs
Chrome Aesthetics offers aesthetic injector training through Chrome Academy, including in-person technique workshops, cadaver labs, and AI-assisted simulation through the Aesthetics AI Simulator (EntityMed). Participation in any training program is subject to the following:
Separate enrollment agreements, waivers, and payment terms apply to each training program and will be provided at the time of registration.
Cadaver lab and hands-on training participants must execute a separate liability waiver prior to participation.
Training programs are intended for licensed or supervised healthcare professionals only; enrollment may require proof of licensure or clinical supervision.
Chrome Aesthetics makes no representation that completion of any training program satisfies the licensing, certification, or continuing education requirements of any state medical board, nursing board, or other regulatory body.
Training sessions are non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled session.
The Aesthetics AI Simulator is provided as an educational tool only and does not constitute clinical guidance, medical advice, or product-specific endorsement.
12. Photo and Image Consent
Clinical Photography
Chrome Aesthetics may take clinical photographs or videos before, during, and after treatments for the purpose of maintaining your treatment record in Zenoti. These images are part of your protected health information and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA obligations.
Marketing Use
Chrome Aesthetics will not use your photographs, videos, or likeness in any public-facing marketing, social media, website, or educational materials without your separate, written, express consent. If you consent to marketing use of your images, that consent will be documented and you retain the right to revoke it at any time by contacting us in writing.
Website Before-and-After Gallery
All patient images displayed in our before-and-after gallery have been shared with the express written consent of the individuals depicted. These images are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, shared, or used without our prior written permission.
User-Submitted Photos
If you submit photos to us (for example, via intake forms, email, or social media), you grant Chrome Aesthetics a limited license to use those images for clinical purposes. We will not use submitted photos for marketing without your express written consent.
13. Account and Platform Security
Chrome Aesthetics uses Zenoti as our primary client management platform. Your Zenoti account enables you to manage appointments, view your treatment history, update contact information, and access your membership details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Zenoti login credentials
You must notify us immediately at (505) 897-5065 or [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You may not share your login credentials with any other person
Chrome Aesthetics will never contact you asking for your password
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are compromised, misused, or in violation of these Terms
Zenoti's own security practices govern the storage and protection of your account credentials. Chrome Aesthetics is not responsible for security incidents that originate within Zenoti's infrastructure, though we will notify you of any breach affecting your records as required by applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, treatment descriptions, blog posts, training materials, and the overall design and layout is owned by or licensed to Chrome Aesthetics and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Permitted Uses
Printing or downloading a single copy of a page for your own personal, non-commercial reference
Sharing a link to a page on our website via social media or email
Prohibited Uses
Reproducing, distributing, or republishing any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission
Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from our content
Removing or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

You may use our website and client portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
Use the website to transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
Introduce or attempt to introduce any virus, malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, databases, or client records
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or its infrastructure
Impersonate Chrome Aesthetics, our staff, or any other person or entity
Use the website to harass, threaten, or harm any person

17. User-Generated Content
If you post, submit, or share any content through our website, contact forms, review platforms, or social media (including reviews, testimonials, comments, or photos), you:
Represent that you own or have the right to submit that content
Grant Chrome Aesthetics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for our business purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws
Understand that Chrome Aesthetics does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-submitted content
Agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise unlawful
Chrome Aesthetics reserves the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate for our platform.

These links are provided for your convenience only. They do not constitute an endorsement of the linked site or its content, and Chrome Aesthetics has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
When you follow a link to a third-party site, you leave our website and that site's own terms and privacy policies govern your interaction. We encourage you to review those policies before providing any personal information.
Linking to Our Website
You may link to our homepage from your own website provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal, does not damage or take advantage of our reputation, and does not suggest any affiliation or endorsement by Chrome Aesthetics where none exists. 19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this section limits Chrome Aesthetics' liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable New Mexico or federal law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chrome Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service Outcomes
Chrome Aesthetics is not liable for treatment outcomes that fall outside a patient's reasonable expectations where the risks were disclosed in the consent process, or where outcomes were affected by undisclosed health information, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or factors outside our clinical control.
Third-Party Platforms
Chrome Aesthetics is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of or reliance on third-party platforms including Zenoti, Cherry, CareCredit, or any other linked service.
Aggregate Liability Cap
Where permitted by law, Chrome Aesthetics' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of our website (excluding clinical treatment claims) shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Chrome Aesthetics in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chrome Aesthetics, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your violation of these Terms of Use
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
Content you submit or transmit through our website
Your misrepresentation of any health information that leads to an adverse treatment outcome
21. Force Majeure
Chrome Aesthetics shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders or closures, utility failures, acts of terrorism, or supplier failures.
In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work to reschedule affected appointments or services. Pre-paid deposits for appointments affected by a declared force majeure event will be applied as credit toward future appointments.
22. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact Chrome Aesthetics in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Please describe your concern in writing to [email protected] or by mail to 3613 NM-528 Suite H, Albuquerque, NM 87114, Attn: Barbara Franklin. We will attempt to respond within 10 business days and work toward a mutually acceptable resolution.
Mediation
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may request non-binding mediation in Bernalillo County, New Mexico before a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Costs of mediation shall be shared equally.
Litigation
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties may pursue their legal remedies. You agree that any litigation shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Mexico as described in Section 23.
Time Limitation
Any claim or cause of action you have against Chrome Aesthetics arising from your use of the website or services must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Claims not filed within this period are permanently barred.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or related to them including their formation, interpretation, performance, or breach are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
If you access our website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent applicable.
24. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed consent forms or service agreements you have executed with Chrome Aesthetics, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chrome Aesthetics regarding the subject matter herein, and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
No failure or delay by Chrome Aesthetics in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Assignment
Chrome Aesthetics may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity (for example, in the event of a business sale or merger) without your prior consent, provided that the successor entity agrees to honor these Terms. You will be notified of any such assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of you and Chrome Aesthetics only. Nothing in these Terms is intended to confer any rights on any third party.
25. Changes to These Terms
Chrome Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Notify active clients by email or SMS where changes materially affect their rights or obligations
Your continued use of our website or services after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change, you must stop using our services and notify us in writing.
